Return Information
If you don't like the product you purchased from us you can return it within 14 days. We will exchange the product or refund the money.
Returns
- Contact us first to let us know that you are returning an item
- Tell us what you want us to do when we receive your return
- Make sure the original stickers are present on all the items being returned
- Used items cannot be returned
- Make sure your return package is insured
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

We use FedEx and USPS. Orders are shipped usually within 1-3 business days.
Shipping rates: We offer FREE Shipping for sales over $125. We appreciate your business and want your Polish pottery to arrive safely so we use more packing to make sure, hence the handling charge. A handling charge of sales
- over $125 - $6 handling fee only
- 0-$124.99 - $15 shipping & handling fee
We appreciate your business and want your packages to travel to the end destination safely without breakage.
